Global Adversity LLC, is a Florida based consulting firm founded by Russ Bruce in 2005. Global Adversity started with focusing on buying, developing and redesigning real estate properties for residential and commercial usages.

President of Global Adversity, LLC, Russ Bruce started his career in the hospitality industry in Melbourne Beach, Florida by operating a large motel. After moving to Washington State, Russ quickly involved himself with the landscaping industry and quickly rose to the top in landscape construction. He grew the company’s services into design and development for high end residential and commercial projects. Russ branched off on his own and after a few years of hard work, skill and determination, he sold his company to a competitor.

After his success in the landscaping world, he moved into an up and coming market – gourmet coffee bistros. As the president of Heartland Coffee Company, he was responsible for growing the company to a nine-location group. After this successful result, Russ combined his passion for food and beverage industry with hospitality to open a new microbrew pub and sports bar restaurant concept to capture the growing craft beer trend – Hubb’s Pub. This pub was hugely successful and marked another achievement that proved quite profitable for Russ.

Russ returned to Florida in 2002 and started to buy and sell residential properties. He launched Global Adversity LLC to consult with like-minded entrepreneurs in the hospitality, restaurant, construction and real estate fields.
